The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Operations. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree required.Resume that shows steady progression in HR with expertise as Human Resources Manager.Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.Experience in a carrier/transportation company, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports.Fully Bilingual (English & Portuguese).Experience in labor / employee relations.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; this is critical to support the needs of the business and is subject to change.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced degree (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred).Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
