Human Resources Coordinator

Main responsibilities:
Conduce recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.

Requirements:
Advanced English - Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Location:
Manaus, Polo Industrial, Monday to Friday (on-site)
