Import Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for customs declaration and inspection of import and export goods at each port site, follow up the port inspection of customs and commodity inspection to ensure smooth customs clearance with the most economical way to complete the tasks. 2. Arrange shipment if there is damaged, replacement and maintenance of the relevant logistics arrangements and tracking. 3. Follow up each customs clearance link, collaborate with freight forwarder and customs broker, make relevant import and export goods customs clearance documents and all kinds of documents preparation and submission, HS categorization, to ensure that the correct declarations, taxes and fees are reasonable and to avoid compliance risks. 4. Responsible for the coordination of customs. Commodity Inspection and the company's internal customs clearance liaison, to ensure that all import and export related matters operate legally compliant, with the Customs audit or related internal and external audits. 5. Responsible for the application of duty-free goods quota, use tracking, storage and inventory. Properly keeping related documents. 6. Can closely communicate and cooperate with the internal engineer team to gain time and efficiency for the R&D center. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration related field. 2.More than 3 years related work experience 3.Excellent planning, organization communication skills (oral & written) and negotiation skills 4. Language fluency in English, advantage if Chinese
