We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Account Executive to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Pipeline Development: Work in tandem with the BDR team to identify and qualify key opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Demo the Product: Use your sales skills combined with product knowledge to deliver live virtual demonstrations of the OrangeHRM platform to key stakeholders.
You will uncover pain points and position OrangeHRM as a leading solution to meet their needs.
- Close Business: Drive revenue by directing prospects through the buying process to ultimately obtain a signed agreement.
**Other Responsibilities include**:
- Define specific sales plans and qualify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver presentations/demos over Webex.
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
- Participate in general marketing and promotional activities.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to the management team.
- Contribute to processes and make suggestions of improvement within the organization.
- Other sales duties as assigned by the sales manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and strong time management skills.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Previous experience selling into HR strongly preferred.
- CRM experience.
