Be part of it and shape your world.About the Role:As the IT Services Senior Analyst (remote), you will play a pivotal role in shaping service management processes and driving exceptional customer experience.
You will advocate for the customer by providing the customer experience point of view to the Manager, Global Service Management Office.
Change management plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage.
You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The primary responsibility is to execute change management process methodology, and tools to support small to large-scale project activity, creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage with minimal resistance.
You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with changes that impact people and processes.
These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Apply and execute a comprehensive change management process with a strong focus on improving customer experience;Utilize data insights to drive continuous process improvement;Guide Business Process Owners and Project Managers through the application and implementation of business change management activities, including impact assessment, stakeholder and sponsor management, risk management, communications, and training;Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications for specific change initiatives;Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders for specific change initiatives;Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership.What You Can Bring to the Role:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field;Communication skills, English proficiency (verbal and written) due to a global role that communicates with operations, technical, end-users, management, team members, peers, and suppliers;Solid experience in Information Services/Technology;Information Technology project management leadership experience;Customer Experience focus and mindset;Analytical: Problem solving and decision making;Change Agent: Introduce innovative ideas and processes that improve individual performance and strengthen team productivity.What's on Offer:Competitive remuneration and benefits packages;Flexibility First – Remote work agreement;Telemedicine and telenutrition;Recognition as one of the Best Companies to Work For by Great Place to Work;Recognized by Guia Exame de Diversidade as one of the companies with the best practices related to inclusion, equity, gender, ethnicity, race, People with Disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.Applications Close: December, 09thAbout the Location:Recognized as an industry pioneer, Alcoa has established itself as an international company with operations across six continents.
