What the job is about Say a Japanese client asks for help on a shoot in a certain country. You talk to the client, contact our team on the ground and jump on a call. You do a budget together with the local team and, if the shoot happens, you manage it remotely in detail. You coordinate the shoot, step in when needed, fix any issues, send the final bill Connecting our clients to our local producers and teams across the world Managing productions so they happen as agreed Coordinating the local crew in detail and liaising with the client remotely Negotiating with the client and local crews, being in charge of the budget Billing and arranging admin for international shoots with the help of the Finance Manager The job does not usually imply traveling on location. In some rare cases, you may be requested to travel, but there is flexibility here
Ideal skills Experience as a producer in TV/film/media Japanese language proficiency Excel and budgeting Able to take on a full-time job
The position is fully remote (working from home, not from the Nippon Production office).
