About the Job
As a Junior MDR Analyst at Dadosfera, you will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and generating opportunities.
Your main mission will be to prospect qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
You'll interact directly with potential clients, helping expand our business base.
Responsibilities
Reach out to leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms, qualifying them according to predefined criteria.
Prospect leads through channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant networks.
Create prospect lists with leads that align with Dadosfera's products and solutions.
Develop email cadences for lead engagement and qualification.
Schedule meetings for Account Executives and manage their availability.
Manage and update all sales activities directly in the CRM (Hubspot).
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in lead prospecting or a similar role (e.g., SDR, BDR).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of lead prospecting and qualification techniques.
Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Strong team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a technology or data-focused company.
English proficiency.
Familiarity with sales automation and cadence tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
