PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Facilitates the delivery of large scale (00's of participants) English language program, in direct partnership and support of peers. Will review, design, and deliver the learning required as mapped out for long-term language development in line with relevance to business environment. Will utilize and implement the tools, systems, and approach as directed, while aligning to all prescribed administrative requirements. Seeks out learning opportunities to meet needs of current scope of role, and potential future areas not actively engaged in Is proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, in line with team needs Promptly and efficiently completes work assignments, managing time and priorities accordingly Has ability to facilitate learning in a credible manner, in a live (virtual) environment Understands the concepts of learning design, impact, and evaluation Places high personal value on punctuality, managing personal workload effectively Capable of working in a remote environment with minimal day-to-day oversight EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Qualified and experienced professional (3-5 years) in field of English language development. Ideal to have credible qualification from internationally recognized ESL certificate program for English teaching (ex. CELTA, TESOL, TEFL). Track record of managing and delivering 15-20 ongoing class cohort on a weekly basis, along with other development and delivery responsibilities. Must score at a B2/C1 level for their own English language capabilities
