This role leads the implementation of the rennovation & innovation products.
The implementation should be in full collaboration withother teams to implement the product up-grades and innovations that meet the consumer, CAPEX and product costs expectations.
The role is accountable to control product costs & implement the cost transformation projects and use Design to Value approach to fund our growth initiatives, positioning us to win against competition and improve gross margins.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- ** Product Improvement & Ideation**: To implement product up-grades and innovation plans in the mills that meet LATAM needs, accountable to have a clear understanding of the competitive landscape of primary retail product offering, accountable to follow-up the consumer complaints with quality & evaluate if redesign is required.
- ** Qualification and Implementation**: Support the team in trials and execute plans to address potential process, equipment and/or product issues during implementation, evaluate the design specifications for the new projects, create raw material codes and BOM's in SAP, accountable to maintain the BOM's updated.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain good documentation of knowledge and research and development works, elaborate reports at the mill, elaborate Raw material specification.
- ** Cost Transformation**: Continuously seek out opportunities for and lead cost optimization programs working closely to team, coordinate materials qualification trials in the mill.
- ** Provision of Specifications**:Evaluate the design specifications for the new projects, ensure FPS and RMS are replicable through understanding process, machine feasibility and supplier capability, own the substantiation of product related claims.
- ** Project Management**: To build strong cross-functional relationship and communication throughout the development, delivers safety standards for trial and development of our products, acts as an example, ensuring compliance with company and country regulations, championing processes, training, controls and metrics and interacts cross sector to drive best practices.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Experience in Portfolio Management, Product & Packaging Design, Consumer Understanding & Testing, Engineering Design and Sustainability;
- Knowledge in MsProject and Autocad;
- Nice to have knowledge packing software such as TOPS/CAPE;
- Advanced English;
- Availability to work in Mogi das Cruzes;
- Complete graduation in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Engineering in general.
