Become part of our team.Job DescriptionRole DescriptionResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to the business, understanding its needs and objectives.Collaborate with business leaders to provide legal guidance and support in decision-making processes.Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics.Manage disputes with third-parties, including management of outside counsel as needed.Develop and implement internal governance policies and monitor compliance.RequirementsJuris Doctor (Brazil equivalent) Degree. Graduate degree in Business Law is a plus.5+ years of proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a business environment.Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.Detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Are you full of ideas?
