Maintenance Manager

Are you a Maintenance Manager with experience in the ports and container terminal sector.
We are partnering with Portonave to find a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will lead equipment engineering and maintenance efforts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the operations meet the highest standards of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and inspire a team of engineers to achieve outstanding results.
Drive Innovation: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including our decarbonization project with electric Terminal Tractors, to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to drive innovation and operational excellence across the terminal.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in engineering and maintenance management, preferably within the ports/container terminal sectors.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with ESG practices and a commitment to sustainable operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
