Market Analyst

**The **Role**:Market Analyst.**The Team**:The prices team has five existing roles in a number of global offices and also works closely with analysis teams in US and Europe.**The Impact**:- Manage the collection and storage of prices data from agreed sources, following set processes for collecting, storing, manipulating and publishing prices data- Oversee regular surveys with agreed sources to obtain prices data- Check databases for errors- Produce original written analysis as part of subscription products- Identify new sources for prices information.**What We're Looking For**:Required Qualifications:- University education with a background in economics, data, journalism, or commodity markets- High-quality spoken and written English is essential.- Previous experience in managing data is preferredPreferred Qualifications:- A team player able to work effectively with diverse colleagues in multiple locations- Focused on providing a consistently high standard of service to customers- A great communicator whether internally or externally with customers and contacts**Grade/Level **( _relevant for internal applicants only _): 3**The Location**:Sao Paulo**About Company Statement**:**S&P Global delivers essential intelligence that powers decision making. **We provide the world's leading organizations with the right data, connected technologies and expertise they need to move ahead.
