In this role, the employee will have the challenge of keeping a region working in a standardized way and following the organization's global guidelines.
He/she will act very directly in the areas of Supply chain, service operations and commercial to reviewing, development and implementation of processes to guarantee a global way of operating.
See some core responsabilities:
- Coordinating end-to-end process standardization and improvements.
- Coordinate that the essential datas are comply with the needed to the daily service operations, Supply chain and Commercial (assets, Service orders, Work Orders, Contracts)
- Coordinate SAP and Sales Force master data together with regional and global team;
- Control PPIs
- KPIs together with operations area of supply chain, service operations and commercial.
- Anchor point for master data for all the region;
- Continuously rise process transparency, data accuracy and compliance;
- Resolve support tickets in other areas for which he/she is SME;
- Perform ad hoc data extraction and analysis from supported systems;
- Project management;
**Qualifications**
- Experience with SAP;
- Salesforce knowledge is desirable;
- Education: Technical in industry, graduate in administration, process management, production engineering, electrical/mechanical or relative areas.
- Strong Microsoft Office skill, with emphasis on MS Excel
- required.
- Power BI;
- Experience with data management tools, SharePoint, SQL, desirable;
- Self-motivated, able to work with autonomy and cross-functional coordination skills;
- Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical;
- English intermediary or higher;
- Spanish speaker, desirable.
