What you'll do: As an Operations LA - Strategy & PMO Specialist, you will be will work closely with project teams, finance departments, and senior management to drive operational efficiency and successful project outcomes. In detail, you will:
Act as a "key consultant" to disseminate project management culture through the several teams, being also responsible for keeping the community of PMO ambassadors connected and interacting;Develop and manage project budgets, including capital expenditure forecasts, cost estimates, and financial analysis, jointly with our PMO ambassador community;Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential impact on project outcomes;Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including project teams and senior management. Providing regular updates on project portfolio progress, milestones, and key deliverables;Implement and enforce CAPEX governance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines, approval workflows, and financial controls;Monitor project deliverables and outcomes to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements;Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance and success. Analyze data and generate reports to assess project health and identify opportunities for optimization;Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project management functions. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement, and propose and implement solutions accordingly.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are: You have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field;MBA or advanced degree preferred;Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK;Proven experience in project management, and financial analysis roles;Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles;Proficiency in project management tools and software;Advanced English;Spanish is a plus.Where you'll be: You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux's support teams.
