**About the role**

Sounds good right? Ok, let's move onto some more info about the role. First, the basics:
We are looking for a media expert who is data-driven and seeking a career opportunity in advertising to join Brainlabs as a Performance Media Analyst. The focus will be on managing campaigns primarily on Amazon for a variety of clients.

**Main Activities**
- Creating programmatic media and search campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing
- Keyword research for audience and target understanding
- Crafting efficient taglines for ads
- Monitoring budget and bidding strategy to optimize ROI
- Producing and delivering periodic KPI reports, with data analysis and campaign insights
- Reporting and cadence of consultative meetings with clients
- Coordinating with the Account Manager to ensure campaign execution, KPIs, and objectives are aligned with clients' strategic planning
- Constant alignment with the content team to ensure that the keywords with the highest conversion rates are properly optimized in product listings
- Continuous updating of Amazon certifications
- At least 2 years of experience in performance media
- Understanding the role of Retail Media in the digital marketing and performance media ecosystem
- Familiarity with Excel and data handling
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Skills in verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English - direct and daily contact with clients and colleagues who speak English natively
- Ability and interest to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the business
- Bonus: knowledge of Mercado Livre Ads and Amazon Ads
