We are looking for a Product Owner to be based in São Paulo.
**Jod Duties and Responsabilities**:
- Experience with the Credit Card Acquiring / Sub-acquiring process in Brazil and Latam
- Relationships with Banks and Acquirers (Network) in the Latam market is a plus
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap & requirements development, and product launch
- Consulting with senior leadership at headquarters to develop strategies for new markets, products, or services
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for products.
Set Sprints goals
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with IT-engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our company and its features across primary market segments
- Bridge business needs with technology solutions, translate the business requirements into technical requirements
**Requeriments**:
- Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Being eager to develop your skills and progress within the company structure is key
- Proven track record with financial, digital payments market products
- Hands on with data analysis tools
- Data driven decision making
- Portuguese Native and English negotiation level.
Spanish is a plus
- Experience in the digital payments business from 3 years.
