The Release Readiness team at SAP Concur ensures internal teams are prepared to deliver, support, and sell new features and capabilities. The team also ensures customers are aware of larger features and capabilities in upcoming releases. Our specialists collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand new developments, coordinate enablement documentation, and conduct sessions to ensure smooth implementation, support, and adoption by both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to gain a solid understanding of new features and capabilities scheduled for release. Assist in the training and education of internal teams (Support, Implementations, Services, Sales, Marketing) on new product updates to enhance their ability to communicate, promote, support, and facilitate these features for our customers. Help develop and distribute educational materials such as user guides, FAQs, tutorials, webinars, and more to support the adoption of new features. Assist in managing change impacts related to new releases, migrations, and shutdowns to minimize disruption to customer operations. Contribute to maintaining and updating resources that help internal teams comprehend the utility and advantages of new features or capabilities. Support the establishment of feedback channels to collect and utilize insights from customers and internal teams to continually refine the release readiness process. Promote effective collaboration between the Release Readiness team and other departments to ensure a cohesive release process. Identify potential risks in new releases and contribute to developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Qualifications: Proven professional experience in project management or product management, ideally within the technology or software sector. Experience with key tools - mandatory: Concur solutions (Invoice and Expense) and Microsoft Suite of applications. Requires a strong understanding of our product suite and industry trends to effectively manage project deliverables and support team objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of simplifying complex technical details into customer-friendly language. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive stance on identifying and solving potential challenges. Some experience in creating educational content and conducting training sessions for varied audiences. Familiarity with change management practices, including assessing change impacts and executing smooth transition strategies for teams and customers.
