As a member of this team of over 60 software engineers, designers, and makers, you will work alongside talented and creative individuals who have been developing scalable tech solutions for companies in North America and Europe for over a decade.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent software development projects.
You will work closely with our software engineering and design teams, as well as with clients to ensure efficient communication and seamless project execution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, monitor, and control all stages of project execution;
- Act in a coordinated way with internal teams and clients;
- Ensure agility in handling issues, ensuring the quality of project deliveries;
- Keep project documents up to date;
- Support management in strategic and operational decisions;
- Ensure constant and efficient communication between stakeholders;
- Prepare presentations and conduct project follow-up meetings;
- Implement and continuously improve project management practices and business processes;
- Actively contribute to technical and business solutions in projects;
- Lead the project team, contributing to the development of the people involved.
- Assists in the selection of new professionals within their area of expertise.
- Execute 1:1 with the team in the absence of the Tech Lead
- Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular project reviews and quality assurance testing
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging communication and collaboration among team members
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development
- Proven experience in project planning, tracking, and monitoring
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
