Who are we looking for?Manage the Supply area, meeting the needs of internal customers regarding the acquisition of raw materials, consumables and MRO, ensuring the supply of materials to fulfill Production plans and meet sales expectations. Develop and purchase productive/unproductive materials, inputs, services and logistics regarding import and export, as well as Customs Clearance under the best supply, cost and deadline conditions.
What will you be doing?Ensure that the area's internal procedures are followed and are duly updated in the Quality system (C-PRO);Develop new suppliers of productive/unproductive materials, inputs and services to meet the demand of internal customers;Negotiate with suppliers the best conditions for prices, payment terms, delivery and quality, in accordance with the company's policies and needs;Ensure the suppliers' compliance conditions with the organization;Submit purchase orders for imported productive/unproductive materials within the organization's specifications and needs;Monitor collection, shipment and transit time with carriers of purchase orders until they arrive at the factory;Analyze and release the PIN (National Goods Entry Protocol) of purchase orders within the SUFRAMA system;Prepare the Export documents required for Customs Clearance, and monitor collection, shipment, transit time and endorsement of documents related to export processes;Keep supply contracts (service or material purchase) up to date where the recipient is the Supply Department;Analyze the area's Performance Indicators on a monthly basis, identifying reasons for failure to meet established targets and providing support in defining an action plan to prevent recurrence;Support the Quality team in the supplier audit process, auditing processes related to their Material Management.Who are You?Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas; Postgraduate and MBA desirable; Approximately 3 years of experience in Purchasing processes. Advanced Excel desirable; Courses in Purchasing desirable; Good oral and written communication skills; Good relationship with internal and external customers.
What competencies will you need?The candidate must have experience in the purchasing area, having worked in companies in the industrial hub of Manaus. Experience with teamwork and people management.
