POSITION OBJECTIVES: The RAF - Responsible Administrative Financial will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the business's integrity, ensuring robust closure processes, and acting as a strategic business partner. He/She will be responsible for leading the administrative management (processes, IT, ADM purchase) and financial management (treasury and credit, management control, accounting and tax) of the subsidiary. He/She will implement the directives and decisions of General Management, ensuring compliance with current local regulations and aligning with Phosphea and Groupe Roullier finance principles. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a finance and administrative team (6 people under direct management) and oversee key areas of the subsidiary: -Supervise accountants and ensure compliance with local accounting regulations. -Lead and optimize tax-related matters in coordination with the tax specialist and a BPO. -Oversee treasury management, maintain bank relations, and prepare and present cash flow forecasts in coordination with a credit and treasury manager. -Monitor the credit strategy in coordination with the credit and treasury manager. -Coordinate IT-related matters. -Coordinate administrative tasks. Enhance business security through the improvement of internal controls. Ensure timely monthly reporting and closing. Serve as an interface to external parties: auditors, administration, etc. Identify financial risks or dysfunctions and alert management. Advise general and subsidiary management, acting as a business partner. SKILLS AND PRE-REQUISITES: Required training: Higher education in corporate finance Required experience: at least 5 years in a finance management position, ideally with an experience in an audit/accounting firms and in an industrial company Management knowledge Strong knowledge of the financial management local processes in an international environment Advanced English
