Sales Executive

Integrated Management, a member of the Sanford Rose and Associates network, has been in the executive recruiting business for over 30 years servicing Fortune 50 to Private Equity Backed companies.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist the CEO in new client acquisition within the United States.
This posiiton will be working Central Time Zone (USA) hours of 8AM-5PM Monday thru Friday.
This is an hourly pay + incentive pay compensation structure.
Meeting KPIs, driving new client acquisition, and contributing to top-line sales will result in substantially more compensation.
Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Cold prospecting executive (C-Suite) and management level.
Conduct service presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the CEO to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve service offerings.
Manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications: Are least 3 years experience in the following: Proven experience in new client acquisition sales, preferably in B2B.
Strong English verbal communication, written English, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (required).
