Sales Expert

Minimum RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing.Fresh Graduates/Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent are welcome to apply.Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Time management, Independent, Active learning, Strong negotiation, Customer coordination, Order and Forecast Monitoring, English Speaking, Business Writing, MS Office and other applications, Internet Savvy.Required certification(s): N/A.ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all orders from Customers are properly coordinated with all related Persons-in-Charge to achieve 100% Delivery Performance.Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Expert will be responsible for:Ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time.Inputting customer firm and forecast orders, updating sales prices and part numbers, and similar tasks into the ERP system.Preparing semi-annual price reviews based on forex fluctuations.Coordinating and monitoring spark plugs and non-moving parts.Preparing receiving reports for customers.Attending customer meetings and events.Preparing Debit/Credit memos.Requesting internal written advice from the Finance department on any price-related adjustments.Preparing annual sales plans, report materials, and presentations for meetings.Maintaining a good filing system for assigned customer-related documents.Involving in company-related activities.Performing other duties and functions as assigned from time to time.QualificationsGraduate of any 4-year Business Course.Above average communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation skills.Organization and time management skills.Related work experience is an advantage.
