Senior UX Content Designer at BairesDev
We are looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our talent growth team and help us achieve our goals.
This professional will be responsible for designing, creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey to meet user needs while achieving business goals.
What You Will Do:
- Optimize UX writing performance through user testing and data validation.
- Combine data-driven and user-centered methodologies for better results.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user analysis, testing, implementation, and results analysis.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of UX content experience.
- A great team player with experience working with agile teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, SEO, taxonomy, and metadata knowledge (preferred).
- Experience with Miro, Figma, or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience with activation workflows or in-app messaging is preferred.
- Advanced level of English.
