Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for the business to secure on time material deliveries. Monitor open material demand, supply and inventories, take action when required. Execute, manage and coordinate the delivery of Priority Orders and Exception Orders. Support the Service Business with the sale of parts. Serve as main entry point in terms of spare part price/leadtime/documentation on tenders/contracts/projects with special focus on Emerging Markets. Assist in resolution of NonConformities. Be accountable for the department's main KPIs and take necessary actions to improve performance. Represent the Supply Chain Department in front of regional and global stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics or related field; Master degree is desirable; Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Operations or General Business focus preferred; A minimum of 3 relevant years of work experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Demand Management or Procurement; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities. Competences: Advanced data analysis and reporting. Results oriented, structured, and organized. Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems. Experience with SAP is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with international stakeholders. Communication skills, verbal as well as written, in both Spanish and English.
