How you will make an impact Lead the development of Java applications using the Spring framework. Design API services with AWS technologies like EC2, S3, and Lambda. Guide UI development with React, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate on product roadmaps and technical strategies with cross-functional teams. Mentor team members and promote best practices. Who we are looking for Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Java, including the Spring framework (Boot, Core, Security). Hands-on experience with Java, APIs, and AWS services for API development. Experience with AWS/Cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Understanding of Docker and containerization using Kubernetes. Experience in UI development, especially with React, CSS, and JavaScript. Good knowledge of NoSQL databases and relational databases. Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment. Significant experience with agile development practices, including TDD, BDD, automated builds, and continuous integration. Proficiency in writing unit tests using frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, and a solid understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices and tools. Additional Responsibilities: Experience in a lead role, guiding teams on technology strategy and coding practices. Collaborate with product owners to align on roadmap and product vision. Work closely with Solution Architects to develop technical implementation plans. Plan the architectural runway for various systems and develop the product roadmap. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Mentor and provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
