This position reports into Tech Ops Process Supervisor and is based in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

What You Will Do Perform assigned scientific experiments and procedures under direct supervision.Collect, analyze, and compile data.Assist in writing and updating protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures.Support quality, manufacturing, safety, and maintenance teams in troubleshooting, defining winning processes, and providing technical expertise.Plan and design experiments, execute laboratory and/or pilot studies, analyze data, and identify root causes for technical investigations.Generate technical reports.Elaborate process/filling/cleaning & sanitization validation strategy.Write test protocols and reports needed to support troubleshooting and/or new project implementation.Work with the manufacturing team to deliver smart solutions, improve OEE, and reduce loss based on product design.Participate in safety evaluations, assessments, and initial start-up of new equipment.Understand the relationship between process yield and product design to achieve process optimization.Execute lifecycle management projects for technology transfers, cost reduction, BCP development, and process optimization.Investigate and implement complex improvements to existing processes or develop new processes to promote reliability, agility, and efficiency in the supply chain.Lead tasks with greater independence and decreasing levels of supervision.What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of relevant experience.Fluent English is required; Intermediate Spanish will be considered a differential.Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or correlated areas is required.Must be a critical thinker with problem-solving skills.Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, resilience, and ability to manage conflicts.Ability to manage complexity and work collaboratively with critical stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.Good communication, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Project management skills.What's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
