We are looking for a Training Instructor to lead our training programs and ensure that our team is always ahead of the curve!The Training Instructor will play a key role in the organization's development by supporting training initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The main objectives for this position include:Delivering impactful, hands-on training that addresses soft skills, core competencies, and operational best practices for well-rounded development.Developing a strong understanding of the business to partner effectively with the Plant.Training local and global mentors on delivering effective training, focusing on soft skills and fundamental competencies essential for teaching others.Conducting training sessions for supervisors and managers.Assisting HR in delivering onboarding training for new hires, focusing on supporting the onboarding process.Collaborating with management to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.Overseeing the implementation and compliance of the local AG5 system, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Utilizing the AG5 system to ensure employees receive training from Local Mentors.Collaborating across all business units and Global Training Team, interacting with employees at various levels.Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with company policies and industry regulations.Global Strategy: Collaborate on the Global Training Strategy by providing feedback and executing it according to Global Training Team guidance.AG5 System Utilization: Ensure training programs align with skills outlined in AG5, coordinating with global and local mentors.New Hire Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary training to meet job requirements.Ongoing Employee Development: Facilitate continuous training opportunities for existing employees to improve skills.Training Program Delivery: Implement and deliver training initiatives as outlined by corporate and local directives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across business units to identify training needs and ensure effective delivery.Mentor Coordination: Collaborate with local mentors to ensure effective execution of training programs.Training Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps.Training Materials Development: Develop and update training materials and resources.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all training activities and employee progress.Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from trainees and mentors to continuously improve training programs.Expectations:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Operations Trainer or similar role, with prior training experience in a manufacturing environment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Prior experience conducting operational training in dynamic environments.Proficiency in using the AG5 system or similar training management systems.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Advanced English (C1).Competences required:Communication skillsFlexibilityAttention to detailAbility to organize and coordinate own work and teamworkTeam playerWe offer:Health insurance; Dental insurance; Annual bonus; Private pension; Life insurance; Food vouchers; Fuel vouchers.Incentives:School supplies for children; Christmas kits; Events and gifts on special dates; Time bank for administrative areas.Join a fast-growing, dynamic company recognized as one of the foremost global packaging manufacturers.All positions are affirmative for people with disabilities, qualified at the INSS and all diversities.If you are a current CANPACK employee, please apply through your Workday account.CANPACK Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
