Job Description
Assist in the creation of new recipes and/or adaptations when necessary.
Assist in the pre-preparation of the menu items (hygiene and food cutting).
Assist in the control/planning of the items used in the menu.
Assemble and distribute/service the Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors.
Collect and identify food samples.
Carry the food from the preparation area to supply the refrigerators and greenhouses.
Remove the food from the refrigerators and greenhouses to supply the thermal counters.
Remove the perishable products from the original packaging in order to carry out the pre-preparation and food preparation activities.
Assist in obtaining the standardization of the preparations together with 1/2 Officers and Chief Cooks, through the use of the standard recipes.
Carry out sanitation services in the internal and external areas of the Restaurant.
Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.
Participate in the work developed in the internal philosophy of the work and safety teams.
Follow the guidelines of the coordination, maintaining a participative and dedicated behavior in the subjects pertinent to the work area.
Minimum Requirements
Requisitos Mandatórios:
Experiência na função em cozinhas industriais;
Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados, quando houver a necessidade;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Gravataí;
Ensino fundamental completo.
