What you will doMaintain and update supplier information in the database/toolsSchedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal team membersSchedule supplier candidate meet and greets with internal customersFollow up with feedback on meet and greet for suppliers and communicate response with suppliersAssist with collecting supplier onboarding information for new resourcesPerform general administrative duties such as updating documentation, communication related to supplier operationsAssist in preparing documentation related to supplier performance and complianceUpdate supplier information and/or internal customer information and feedback in Asana and/or other reporting toolsMaintain and update supplier-related databases/tools/tracking sheets and records accuratelyAssist with compiling data on supplier performance and complianceManage regularly scheduled reports and take necessary follow up action (Supplier Timesheets, CSAT Analysis)Work closely with the supplier management team and other department, Delivery TeamProvide support and assistance to team members as neededFoster a collaborative and positive working environmentMust havesMinimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally or nice to have in supplier management but open.Experience or knowledge of the IT Industry.Experience with Asana or Jira.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
