This professional will be responsible for driving and supporting performance marketing efforts to increase lead volume and lead value for the company.
Reporting directly to our Paid Social & Display Senior Manager, this position will ensure optimal results from paid social and display campaigns.What You Will Do: Drive the strategy and execution of our LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns, as well as those on other emerging paid social and display channels, using best practices for B2B demand generation.Support the transition to automated bidding strategies using financial data, working with our data science team.Create, coordinate, and execute all paid social and display campaigns.Work closely with marketing, sales, and data science to ensure strategy and content are aligned across the organization.Consistently experiment with new content, strategies, and landing pages to increase conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing of ad copy variations, bidding strategies, audiences, and other metrics.Here's what we're looking for: 3+ years of experience working on paid social campaigns (specifically B2B demand generation).Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
