Zoho Change Management Manager

Remote opportunity working for a global services organisation.
Must have ZOHO experience.
We are seeking a Change Management specialist to sit in the Tech team of this organisation, with a strong level of experience in Zoho Suite and its integration with third-party SaaS products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and organizational changes associated with implementing and integrating Zoho applications with external SaaS platforms.
This role focuses on driving user adoption, providing ongoing support, mitigating risks, and continuously improving the integration process while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting to senior management.
The successful candidate must have: 5+ years of experience in technical change management, with a focus on CRM systems, particularly Zoho Suite.
Proven experience in managing the integration of Zoho applications with third-party SaaS products.
Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho People, and related Zoho applications.
Must talk professional business level English Must be happy to work US Eastern & Central time zones.
