Requisitos: • Achieved university degree in supply chain and logistics management; •Have demonstrated ability to secure and analyze data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to main stakeholders and decision makers; •Possess high level of knowledge and expertise in logistics and transportation; •Interested in and able to succeed in a position with remote management and a significant amount of cross-functional work; •Advanced knowledge and experience in PowerBi.
Some experience, with willingness to grow,in Python and SQL; •Holistic view and end-to-end mindset; •Committed to "4 job thinking": perform my job, improve my job, develop myself, help develop my team; •Demonstrate basic knowledge of project management principles and ways of working •Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus; •Occasional travel required, including some international travel.
Atividades: •Driving the design and development of the outbound transport network in Latin and South America, ensuring an optimized network based on cost, service, and environmental aspects; •Developing and maintaining digital solutions to visualize the transport network, in order to support analytical, management, and development activities; •Securing SML deliveries in Logistics Purchasing sourcing projects, where transport is contracted; •Leading or participating in process development initiatives to drive performance improvement in the transport network; •Supporting other SML functions with logistics and transport expertise.
