Requisitos: • Technical / university education or background; • General Product and application knowledge; • Customer focus and Markets knowledge; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Atividades: • Daily review of the issues escalated, to provide a relevant answer in the given lead time; • Propose a technical solution to resolve quality issue when immediately possible, or a containment action; • When needed, report internally the incident in the dedicated forum and contribute to quality issue working group; criticality of the situation to be assessed; • Collaborate with the resolution team and Engineering teams to develop a technical solution asper the defined planning; • Capitalize and share the knowledge and lessons learnt from the cases; • Knowledge and interest in Data Analytics is a new competence that is required for the job; • Main interfaces internally: field service engineer & product quality engineer, QCS (quality leaders, data analysts, warranty leaders…), Powertrain Engineering, Aftermarket Technology, Manufacturing (vehicle plants); • Main interfaces externally: dealers, customers, drivers, suppliers; • Secure the operational performance of the team by being a team facilitator and by reporting to the management; • Keep the team organized and facilitate communication to smooth out proceedings; • Secure that the external requests are taken account and that criticality is correctly understood by the team.
