Requisitos: • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field; • Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or a related role, preferably within an S&OP environment; • Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills for data analysis; • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams; • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights; • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to Sales and cross-functional teams; • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment; • Advanced English.
Atividades: • Demand Forecasting & Planning: Lead the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer insights; • Ensure demand forecasts are aligned with business objectives and product availability to optimize customer satisfaction and inventory levels; • Sales Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to understand upcoming customer demand, legal transportation requests and new product launches; • Provide the sales team with data-driven insights and demand trends to help them meet their goals, improve customer relationships and optimize sales strategies; • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Operations, Purchasing and Finance teams; • Data Analysis & Reporting: Work on demand planning tools and analytics to track forecast accuracy, identify potential gaps, and provide detailed reports on demand performance.
