Requirements: • Availability to work on a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with the possibility of being made permanent afterward.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; • Experience with global interactions; • Fluency in English; • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Experience with ERP systems.
• Solid experience in customer support and able to work independently; • Experience with customer order management; • Desirable experience with import and export, documents and logistics processes.
Activities: • Manage and plan customers' orders to meet customers requested delivery time.
• Monitor and administrate order changes and order backlogs; • Coordinate inbound containers, including the tracking of containers from their point of origin until delivery to the warehouse; • Handle and coordinate exportations, including customer contact; • Maintain the transport master data and routings for distribution from warehouse to customers; • Monitor and maintain region master data for sales and production items.
• Coordination of the operations at the warehouse; • Act proactively and initiate corrective actions based on available information, in order to provide a high service level to customers; • Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities, focusing supply chain delivery precision; • Frequent communication with Sales, Front office, production, warehouse and the Global Supply Chain team in Gothenburg.
