331 Epic Owner, Cab Engineering

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or similar;
- Several years of product development experience with the capability to lead technical development;
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of the engineering tools and verification processes/methods relevant for the Epic;
- Ability to plan and support cross-functional work within the área;
- Experience from agile product development and JIRA tool;
- Good knowledge in English both written and spoken is essential.
**Atividades**:

- Manage interfaces with other Vehicle/Technology streams, sub-streams and teams;
- Coordinates the cross-functional GTX deliverables;
- Detect and propose improvement of the epic description based on the roadmap - balance with responsibility of Product Manager/ Product Owner;
- Ensure the complete product delivery according to the epic description;
- Plan the right sequence of milestones and align these milestones with concerned parties cross-functionally, including related Epics and IB (Intro Block) milestones;
- Facilitate Epic breakdowns into a sequence of capabilities meeting the milestones;
- Synchronize capabilities to secure that milestones are met and escalate when needed with the product owners;
- Support and communicate across organizational boundaries, in order to safeguard the complete Epic delivery.
