Main responsibilitiesWhat you will do: Work with the Activation & Engagement squad as well and other cross-functional teams to build a compelling sales pitch for all different customer profiles;Develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, customer database, discovery and individual research.Deliver daily calls and communication attempts to customers and potential customers;Identify and target strategic new prospects that were not identified by marketing that would accelerate territory growth;Proactively review the sales funnel seeking for improvements;Update lead status and all prospect interactions in CRM (Hubspot) application daily;Work with the Growth Marketing team to develop a digital sales stratey that will allow exponential sales in a near future;Select and engage with prospects that are identified through marketing efforts;Use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagementDevelop outstanding customer service relationships with prospectsBecome a guide in sales prospecting platforms and tools Requirements and skillsBasic Required Qualifications: Bilingual in both English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus;2+ years of a commercial experience in similar positions;A proven track record of sales achievementsStrong Knowledge in CRM tools, Hubspot is a plus;Excellent client service and communication skillsAdditional Preferred Qualifications Knowledge in agribusiness, specially digital ag tools;Goal and action orientated, with ability to work towards targetsStrong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required;Solid organization, multi-tasking,?and?prioritization?skills Additional informationAtuação: CLTHíbrido 1x na semana – Santo Amaro - SPBenefícios: Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Vale alimentação;Vale refeição;Vale mobilidade;Vale cultura;Vale saúde;Vale educação;Seguro de vida;Auxílio creche;Descontos em parceiros.
