Job Title: Academic Partner School Coordinator Department: Academic Reports To: Head of Academic Department / School Principal Location: Sao Paulo (zone sul) Working Model: Hybrid, minimum of 2 times a week in-person. Availability for meetings or visits to partner schools nationwide. Hiring Model: Contractor Job Overview: The WorldEd Academic Partner School Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationship and ensuring the academic success of students and schools that are part of WorldEd's international education programs. The role requires liaising between WorldEd, partner schools, students, and teachers, guaranteeing high-quality program implementation and alignment with both local and international educational standards. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Management Serve as the primary point of contact between WorldEd and partner schools. Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth program implementation. Manage communication channels to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain strong partnerships. Program Implementation Oversee the integration of WorldEd's academic program into the school curriculum. Ensure that WorldEd materials, resources, and teaching methodologies are being correctly utilized by partner schools. Support schools in aligning with WorldEd's standards, including accreditation and curriculum guidelines. Academic Support Provide ongoing academic guidance to partner school teachers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver WorldEd's curriculum. Coordinate and deliver teacher professional development sessions, webinars, and workshops as required. Monitor student performance and intervene when necessary to ensure high academic standards. Student Engagement Assist with student onboarding and orientation for the program. Facilitate academic projects, contests, or extracurricular activities that engage students and enhance their educational experience. Quality Assurance Regularly evaluate the academic performance of partner schools, ensuring adherence to WorldEd's academic goals and standards. Gather feedback from teachers, students, and school administrators to continuously improve program delivery. Ensure timely reporting and updates on the academic progress of students to both WorldEd and the partner schools. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of school performance, teacher training, and student progress. Report regularly to WorldEd's academic leadership on the status of partnerships, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Experience in teaching or educational coordination, ideally within international programs. Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple schools and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus) Familiarity with international education standards, accreditation processes, and curriculum development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with schools in different countries or educational systems. Ability to deliver professional development training and workshops for educators. Knowledge of instructional technology and online learning platforms. Key Competencies: Leadership and the ability to build strong relationships with school staff and students.
