This newly created role will play a key part in shaping and driving our growing upmarket/enterprise market motion.
By partnering with our Field Sales teams globally, the ABM Manager will be involved in both foundational development and campaign execution.
This person will develop comprehensive research, account planning, and mapping out buying committees.
One of their first tasks will be to create new dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time insights, ensuring seamless alignment and visibility of key accounts for the Leadership and broader Sales and Marketing teams.Equally importantly, the ABM Manager will help design and execute highly targeted campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
This will be done by leveraging personalized messaging, multi-channel tactics, and deep account insights to align with the unique needs of Enterprise clients.What You Will DoPartner cross-functionally to create unified global account plans and enhance the current Enterprise marketing strategyCollaborate with the Field Sales Teams to define segment priorities and establish quarterly actionable plans that drive measurable resultsLead the enhancement of current ABM initiatives, lifecycle, and foundational aspectsDevelop new, targeted campaigns from the ground up that directly support enterprise sales goals and align with the global account strategyOversee the planning, execution, and improvement of multi-channel marketing programs such as webinars, digital initiatives, ABM activations, offline events, brand, and acquisition initiativesImplement and monitor comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that measure key accounts progress and program success against Sales & Marketing KPIsWhat We Look ForAt least 3 years of experience working in Account Based MarketingAt least 5 years of total experience in MarketingExperience building and successfully operating ICPs from scratchExperience supporting enterprise GTM of a B2B productAdvanced knowledge of ABM and nurturing processes, tools & technologyFluency in English (C1 Level or higher)Nice To HaveExperience working with a SaaS productFluency in Spanish and/or PortugueseOur Interview ProcessWe believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element.
