The Role:
McCann Worldgroup seeks an Account Director of Business Leadership to be responsible for the relationship between the agency and day-to-day clients, providing strategic guidance to clients, managing the account team's performance, and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage new and repeat business.

What You Will Do:
Support the business in leveraging your expertise.
Understand the fast-paced nature of business and respond to client requests.
Assist the Strategy and Creative teams.
Guide the team and collaborate across the agency.
Oversee administration and execution of numerous projects.
Partner with Strategy teams to identify key insights.
Build client's confidence by knowing the objective and status of every client-related activity.
Keep client and the Head of Business Leadership updated.
Master a strong knowledge of the client's products.
Nourish and safeguard the client relationship.
Drive thought leadership and strategic deliverables for the brand's future.
Liaise with teams across the agency.
Support junior members of the team.
Who You Will Be:
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a client service role in an agency.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Experienced people manager.
Highly developed organizational skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinker.
Ability to design and deliver a presentation with a creative flair.
