You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate needs to have proven sales experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.How will you make an impact?Achieve growth and hit sales targetsCreate detailed business plans for each account to drive new business using the NICE solutions portfolioManage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a dealUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnershipsPresent the NICE solutions portfolio to prospective clientsProvide professional after-sales support to enhance the relationshipNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and dataHave you got what it takes?Proven 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a sales/customer service roleKnowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principlesOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsOrganizational and time-management skillsEnthusiastic and passionate behaviorWhat's in it for you?Join an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
