AllShore connects organizations with skilled talent to meet diverse business needs.We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for both clients and the company.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.Build strong, long-term relationships to understand clients' staffing needs and business goals.Upselling and Cross-Selling:Leverage your expertise in the talent and staffing industry to identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts.Present tailored upselling and cross-selling strategies to address clients' hiring challenges and deliver measurable business impact.Introduce clients to additional services such as contract, direct hire, or project-based solutions to maximize account value.Account Growth Strategy:Develop account growth plans and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report progress to management.Collaboration and Coordination:Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for account expansion.Client Retention:Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of their business challenges.Qualifications:Experience:3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations, specifically within the staffing or talent acquisition industry.Proven success in upselling and cross-selling staffing or talent solutions, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.Experience with the U.S market/ U.S based clients it's a must.Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.Knowledge:Comprehensive understanding of staffing industry dynamics, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition solutions.Soft Skills:Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
