Primarily responsible for selling products and/or services to new accounts and expanding business sales to existing accounts. Works independently within an assigned territory or customer base. Manages all aspects of the selling process. Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory. Manages and builds relationships with existing customers. Identifies and establishes relationships with new customers.Key Activities:Develop applications & solutions commercial and residential Corian Markets in several levels of value chain.Responsible to drive the implementation and execution of the marketing plan and sales strategies for Corian accounts: fabricators, distribution channel and building companies.Responsible for working closely with key players and influencers building strong customer intimacy in different channels in order to strengthen Corian presence in the Brazilian market.Influence Corian specification through architects and designers in order to pull demand for fabricators.Develop a close relationship with several levels of customer's organization in order to understand customer needs and values as well as have influence in the customer's decision-making process.Reach business sales objectives and establish monthly demand forecast for assigned accounts.Design, negotiate and execute customer commercial proposals.Ability to manage and design an Account Plan, identify potential opportunities to develop new business for both new and existing accounts.Continuously monitor market dynamics in order to anticipate trends, competition movements and identify new business opportunities.Make technical and sales presentations to prospects (including large audiences) and provide technical support to customer needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, architecture or engineering (MBA is a plus).Strong orientation on sales as well as technical formation.Work experience on design, construction or innovative materials use.Fluent communication in English.Solid experience in technical sales with distribution and direct customers.Strong networking & communication skills.Customer & results oriented.Drive for self-initiative and convincing power.Team player.Available to travel up to 50% of the time.DuPont é uma empregadora que promove a igualdade de oportunidades.
