We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead our engagement with large enterprises in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of complex enterprises. Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share. Technical Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our technology portfolio (hardware, software, services) including Cloud Solutions, Storage and backup, HPC, AI, Collaboration, Data Bases and others. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both our company and our clients. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of proven success in account management or sales, ideally with experience with large enterprises. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. Compliance Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to compliance standards. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and advanced English. Deep technical knowledge: The candidate must be able to identify, develop and propose complex solutions working with specialists of different technical domains, including hardware, software, and services. Political Acumen: Ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-levels. Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-directed, and focused on exceeding sales targets. Bonus Skills: Experience with CRM systems (D365, etc.) Existing network within with partners and large enterprises.
