**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role without direct reports or 1 year of experience in a people management or team leader role.

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a liaison with customers regarding product launches, advertising, and business opportunities.
- Provide campaign updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that advertisers are satisfied.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis, and recommendations that align with customer business objectives, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers.
- Manage customer training in all Google Ads-related tools.
- Report on business growth figures internally and take ownership with the leader of the managed segment.
