We are excited to bring on a new Account Manager to join our growing team at Clarivate! As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our portfolio and consulting services in Brazil. Your primary focus will be on Academic and Government markets. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and making an impact in the scientific and academic community, we'd love to hear from you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3 years of Sales or Account Management experience, preferably in academic research3 years of experience managing client relationshipsMust be bilingual in English and PortugueseIt would be great if you also had . .Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesProficiency in CRM toolsAble to speak SpanishWhat will you be doing in this role?Leverage your knowledge of Clarivate, industry trends, and our offerings to strengthen business relationships with assigned accounts.Establish and maintain a system of regular communication with clients to include phone calls and onsite visits.Ensure clients are aware of innovative events, products, and service offerings that would benefit them.Target new logos within academic sectors (private universities, research excellence universities) and non-academic sectors (government bodies, tech transfer offices, etc.)Work alongside another Account Manager, local support (customer trainer/solution specialist, field marketing manager), and solution consultants.Manage a renewal base of existing clients in the university sector, renewing, upselling, and cross-selling as needed.Maintain accurate records in the sales automation system (SalesForce.com), update progress reports, and prepare forecasts.Identify influential key opinion leaders, institutions, and domain societies.About the TeamClarivate A&G Team provides primary academic contents and workflow solutions to support Research, Education/Learning, and Academic Libraries.
