Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency that has partnered with some of the most innovative companies in the industry like Hotjar, Pitch, Writesonic, and UserTesting (to name a few). We've elevated their marketing efforts, driven impactful results, and accelerated their growth through the collective expertise and dedication of our remote team members spread across 15 countries — and we're still growing!
About The Role

Requirements:
Strong previous experience in a digital agency.
Confidence when it comes to leading conversations, meetings and general day-to-day communication.
Experience communicating with clients using Slack and other forms of written or video asynchronous communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Incredible attention to detail and desire to get things right.
Able to service multiple clients at the same time.
Knowledge of performance marketing at a variety of budget levels.
Understanding of performance marketing, social platforms, Google Analytics and Hubspot.
Experience within the SaaS or B2B tech verticals or at least an understanding of how marketing works in these industries.
The ability to come up with creative and data-driven ideas to help our clients grow.
Really-nice-to-have's:
Hands-on experience in marketing or further education in business, marketing, or related fields.
Ability to work during US business hours.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficient in Clickup and Slack.
Responsibilities:
Being the main point of contact, you monitor client communications channels and proactively communicate with clients.
Perform crisis control on client concerns and maintain documentation for other account managers' and future reference.
Produce a monthly presentation for your portfolio of client accounts.
Conduct weekly account health checks and maintain a journal in our account dashboard for each client under your supervision.
Seek growth opportunities on client accounts through upsells and cross-sells to other services that Hey Digital offers.
Lead bi-weekly client reporting calls supported by reports generated from your performance marketing team. Manage meeting schedules, agenda, and needed documents.
Work with performance marketing and collaborate with their team in media planning and campaign executions.

Hiring Process
