Their pivotal role involves driving revenue and establishing robust partnerships. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and acquiring new clients across all verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute individual account management strategies to achieve and surpass customer growth and retention targets.Acquire new customers in line with expectations for vertical sales.Develop expertise in JATO's solutions specific to a vertical, initially without confinement to a single vertical.Cultivate customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities through proactive engagement and support of marketing campaigns.Create, manage, and communicate agreed-upon business development plans for allocated accounts to achieve sales targets.Utilize the company's CRM system to manage sales pipelines for existing customers and new business development, including lead generation, forecasting, and prospect development.You will be Accountable for:Achieve assigned targets by increasing sales, retaining existing business, and enhancing its value.Secure new logos (customers).Foster existing customer relationships to establish trusted partnerships.Develop expertise in relevant JATO products for our vertical customer base, differentiating them from competitors.Gather customer feedback to shape future business direction.Manage customer engagement across various stages of their journey.Ensure 100% CRM compliance, including accurate pipeline data and comprehensive customer information.Key RequirementsDemonstrated success in consultative sales for new and existing business, particularly in Data, Software, or SaaS environments.Proven ability in both new business development and effective account management.Clear understanding of the difference between value-add solutions and commodity sales, emphasizing the importance of a strong value proposition.Dedication to providing top-level customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.Proficient in handling intricate concepts.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Additionally, a high level of IT competence for mainstream business should include excellent working knowledge of:Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce).Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook.Sales Technology Tools.Please note all CVs must be submitted in English in order to be considered for the role.
