As an Account Manager at Cisco, you'll play a pivotal role in the sales process and work with a large portfolio of technology products and services. You'll help advance the Public Sector Sales team and make our customers' lives better and easier. Our Organization is passionate about the Public Sector Brazilian market we have an incredible culture built upon focused execution, technical excellence, teamwork, and fun!Who you areCisco account manager roles involve managing customer relationships and sales to achieve business goals. Some responsibilities include:Building relationships: Developing positive relationships with customers and key stakeholdersSeeing opportunities: Identifying new business opportunities with existing customersMeeting goals: Working to achieve quarterly and annual sales goalsManaging sales: Handling the sales of services and customer satisfaction in the assigned territoryWorking with partners: Working with channel partners to increase revenue opportunitiesPreparing reports: Preparing sales reportsAnswering queries: Answering client queriesMinimum Qualifications12+ years of technology sales experience.Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience leading a large account, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentation skills, and short/mid/long-term opportunity management.Requires expertise in the market and strong technical knowledge preferred. You can deliver business value to the account and build on customer relationships.Expertise in working with sophisticated strategic accounts including interaction with decision makers and all other executives within the account.Looking for a self-starter. Little supervision is required.You can demonstrate negotiation skills with peers, partners, and customers using a win/win philosophy.
