Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and managing live client accounts, ensuring excellent follow-through on all client interactions.
Drive upsell opportunities by introducing additional features and products, maximizing client engagement and the value they derive from epag's services.
Support and enhance strategic partnerships by managing account requests, generating new leads, and overseeing complex negotiations.
Act as a critical liaison between internal technical teams and client technical departments, ensuring smooth integration processes and timely issue resolution.
Provide clients with timely and accurate monthly settlement reports, receipts, balance reports, and other essential financial information.
Support communication initiatives, including the development and oversight of sales collateral, content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, case studies), and other brand-building efforts.
Support and liaise with external and internal parties on behalf of the Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Requirements: Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on the payments industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage high-level client relationships.
Demonstrated proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and (Brazilian) Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge and experience in the digital payments industry.
Experience working or studying abroad, with an understanding of global business practices.
